The biryani was tasty, the decor was fresh - you could watch the chef prepare your meals and it was a very good experience indeed!
Although a lot more could be done with the Bollywood theme, cannot fault the food, both vegetarian and meat varieties, served family style. A particular highlight is the Butter Chicken.

Iz is a very good indian restaurant. The food is great, excellent variety on the menu. Staff can be a bit pushy.
Simple menu but do not let that put you off. The head chef is keen to show off his skills, he tandoori ovens seem to work well. I enjoyed the bread arriving piping hot- too hot to et immediately. If you love Butter Chicken Masala you are in the right restaurant. the restaurant is nice located inside Grand Hyatt Dubai one of the most beautiful hotels in Dubai. In general the food is amazing.

If you're going to eat in the hotel, Iz is your best option! This is probably the best Indian food I've had ever. (And I eat Indian food once a week and have tried restaurants on every continent.) The curry is insane!
