I'm not a big fan of the food at their Auburn location. It really varies in quality. My last meal I had a burger and it was delicious! Char-grilled to perfection and lots of flavor. The service is usually very good and the beer is always great

Was in Auburn for three days for work, and a do-worker had me meet him at Gritty McDuffs - which is walking distance from the Hilton Hotel where I was staying. The choice of beer could make any serious beer taster happy....we were able to test a couple of the local brews and enjoyed the rich taste. The food was... More

Met up with a friend from college for drinks and dinner. Unusual selection of mixed drinks created by the bartenders. Learned about rum chata. Beer was good. Menu is pretty typical pub food. Burgers were good although a bit over cooked for my personal taste.

These prices are definitely steep for this area- appetizers like nachos end up nearly $15 bucks if you add meat and jalapenos. Burgers have you pay for every extra too with $.50 to >2.00 - Good local beer. Great patio in the warmer months.

Food is typical pub done very well. Excellent fried pickles first time trying them and they were great. Beer is the best part. Bartendar was very polite helped explain different beers and different things we hadn't seen before. The mixed drinks were just as good and the best!

The food is typical pub fare, done very very well. Hefty burritos, generous portions of meatloaf, and terrific fish and chips. But the beer is the real attraction. Best beer in Maine brewed right before your eyes.

We stopped in this place on our way back to our hotel. The wings, nachos and fried mushrooms were really yummy! Too bad the band they had playing that night was not so good!

We took a trip to LA specifically to see a friend's band - he had promised dancing. The atmosphere and waitstaff were fine, but there were tables right up to the band area, so no dance floor. We wound up leaving and going elsewhere. Too bad:-(

Unfortunately, we had an inattentive server. Two folks in our group ordered the bartender special. Neither finished the drink. Most everyone in the group was unhappy with the beer choices.

We use to go all the time. Now the food is not that great an its over priced. Don't care for that place anymore. But the beer is still good.
