Highly recommended for a great final night dinner in Cusco. The food, the service, ambiance is awesome. I had the local trout, my wife enjoyed the risotto, both outstanding. Try the chicken liver salad, really good. Definitely make reservations, gets busy almost every night. Also, unless you're very familiar with the city, allow yourself a few extra minutes to find... Cicciolina offers good food and large portions at relatively reasonable prices for a high end tourist restaurant two minutes from Plaza de Armas. Perhaps this is the reason they attempt to offset the "low cost" with the annoying Italian custom of a "Coperta" of 7 soles per person if you choose to sit in the dining room (this is on... More

We were in town for four nights staying at monasterio. We ate here twice in the short time. It's right down the street. We tried the specials, salads, and pastas. All were wonderful. We called the day of to make reservations.

My husband and I had lunch at Cicciolina on the same day we later enjoyed the famous "La Cena del Oro" 7 course pre-fixe dinner at the MAP Cafe. So we wanted to eat well but lightly. Cicciolina was a tremendous meal in and of itself, and we had a tough time eating lightly--since it was so delicious! Without question,... More

We enjoyed this restaurant. It is located on the first floor. You access via a courtyard and stairs. We arrived at 6:00pm without a booking and were offered either a table until 7:00 or the opportunity to eat in the bar. We took the later opportunity and were very happy sitting in the window watching the street outside. The menu is... More

We had 4 in our party, they seated us right at our reservation time. Everyone got something different, and from the conversation at the table there wasn't a clunker in the bunch. My fave was the Special Max hot chocolate. I believe it had cinnamon, and was perfect.

A very elegant, nicely decorated upstairs location with room at the bar. We made reservations at 7:30 pm for 6 based on reviews & recommendation from our Quechua guide who lives in Cusco, when we got there we were seated right away. As soon as a table was empty it was quickly filled. Plan accordingly! If you want tapas stick... More

We spent 4 nights in Cusco during our Peruvian vacation, and had dinner here one of those evenings. It's a little bit of a splurge considering everything is super cheap in Peru, but it was worth it. Peru is really making a name for itself in the culinary world, and this restaurant is no exception. The atmosphere was cozy, sophisticated,... More

Find Cicciolina in the San Blas area on 393 Calle Triunfo on the second floor. Enter a courtyard to find the stairs straight ahead on the right. A very busy place, but they were able to accomodate our party of two in the bar area (without a reservation) on both our visits. This is where we selected to try cuy... More

Ambience was welcoming and had nice art pieces as decor. Quite a wide variety of main courses to choose from. Shared starters & mains with 2 other friends. Loved the alpaca carparccio which had nice seasoning of herbs & cheese, yummy! We had cuy causa for the other started, not too bad too. For mains, it was squid ink pasta... More
