We checked LonelyPlanet (southeast Asia - on a shoestring) for good places to have dinner, and Hani's was mentioned. We walked by and thought "if LonelyPlanet recommend it, we need to try it". And we did! We had two easy dishes, but they were great! The chicken was perfect and the fried rice was even better!! We tried their cakes... More
A wonderful place for fresh juices, excellent dinner and salads. During our 4 days stay in Yogja we ate at Hani's at least once a day.
I was pleasantly surprised by the food here - the homemade pasta was much better than I ever would have expected in Asia! I had the pesto ravioli and a salad & both were quite good. The service was also good & with a smile. I plan to go back!
Had a lovely dinner here, I don't usually eat fish dinners but this was lovely! We shared the chocolate moose and it fought for it. It was amazing!! Just a bit expensive but you get to look at the menu before you go in so if it's too much for you you don't have to go in:)
We've eaten here two times in three days, sandwiches. very good prepared (up-to-date creative) and very tasteful. The first brown bread we've eaten in a while! But, you do pay tourist prices (not sure about the Indonesian food, though).
My family and I went to this restaurant twice and it was absolutely delicious! The service was fast and the ladies were very kind. We got our food hot and fresh; the flavours were top notch and simply divine. Both the Western and Indonesian food were great. I highly recommend the spinach and cheese croquettes. So good!
I've had high expectation because they are located in tourists area so I thought they will at least have a decent foods. It turned out, their foods are below standard, even for me who doesn't have that much of taste in foods and drinks.
We ate there twice. Balinese chicken curry, rendang and spaghetti carbonara were all excellent and well presented. The spicy fish wasn't amazing. Chocolate pancake was yum. The quality of the ingredients is good and meals were therefore priced accordingly. Good for simple, romantic evening.
