As others have said, we went here because we couldn't get a table downstairs. The food was really very nice - lots of dishes I'd never tried before. Service was great at the start but tailed off - probably not so good if the place was packed

I stumbled across this restaurant in Mega Kuningan as I could not get into a restaurant downstairs. First of all, the service lacked, trying to get someone to take my order was difficult, the hostess actually ended up coming over. I was here for lunch so I ordered one of my favourite Malay dishes - nasi lemak nyonya. I have...

We ordered fish, vegetable, chicken, rice and drinks. All were great. I love the decoration and layout of this bistro.
Had business gatherings in the Mega Kuningan and Kebon Sirih branches. Food was delicious. The one in Kebon Sirih has rooms for small groups so it is really convenient. The fruit juices are excellent and they are fresh .
We've eaten at the many branches this restaurant now has, including the 1st one in a shop house ("ruko") complex in Pondok Indah once upon a time (no longer there at that original location), if I recall correctly. The restaurant continues to serve its signature menu with consistency in taste, texture & size (although prices have inflated quite a bit...

If you like Asian cuisines, especially South East Asia, you really should try this one when you come to Jakarta, Indonesia. The price is quite expensive but it's totally worth it! My favorite food are Ayam Mangga and Udang Mayonnaise. For drink, Kedondong Juice is recommended (unless you hate its sourness). Roti Canai Beef Curry and Sweet Roti Canai Tissue...

There are not many reasons to spend time in Jakarta but the food scene is one of them. Do not much about Malaysian Food but it was very good. Chicken with mango, beans, stingray all typically prepared. Guave jelly dessert I liked too. Decent bill for the quality provided, pretty quick service too.
Had dinner with friends at the Oakwood, Mega Kuningan branch. Very nice ambience with real friendly staff. The food was very authentic and yummy - as Malaysians we can attest to it. The portions were reasonable and the deep fried soft shell crabs were great as was the ayam terasi, satay and spring rolls. Also we could take our own...

Nice, modern and very clean is our first impression when we walked into this restaurant. We were promptly seated and greeted with a smile. Large, impressive selection of traditional Malaysian dishes including: roti channa, beef Rendang, mango salad, deep fried crispy soft shell crabs, and much more. There were 7 of us, so we ordered a sampling of very dish...

Jakarta has many fine eating spots. One of them is Penang Bistro. Its cuisine is Malaysian (from Penang area, well known for its culinary delights). However, don't expect it to offer every street food you find in Penang. Instead Penang Bistro has dishes that reflect the style and taste of Penang, but not necessarily found in Penang. Having said that,...
