Description: A split-level restaurant resembling an elegant mansion in Shanghai during the 1930s, with superb Victoria Harbour views, cosy residential decor, glass ceiling and a fountain. The cosy home ambience is enhanced by rich Santos rosewood timber, while natural stone creates a light airy feel at the lower veranda. The fountain with distinctive glass mosaics, custom-made carpets, wooden furnishings and draperies all add to the final residential touch. One Harbour Road is best known for serving traditional homestyle Cantonese cuisine, lovingly prepared and graciously presented. The Chef’s Table private room inside the kitchen features exclusive innovative dishes and presents a rare glimpse into the workings of the kitchen.

Thankyou so much to the staff at One Harbour for making our 10th Anniversary a wonderful event to remember forever. I booked online and had confirmation of a window seat within 2 hours. Upon arrival, we were very warmly welcomed, the waiters helped through the large menu, making excellent suggestions based on our tastes and the wine list was excellent.... More

Had the pleasure to dine at their Private Kitchen for a business lunch. Dim sums were divine and all in all a very cosy surrounding to dine in. Great to be able to see the chefs at work through TV monitors and to walk through an immaculate kitchen! Definitely recommended

We both had the tasting menu with wine pairing, and this was excellent. The food was delicious; clearly prepared from quality ingredients and cooked with a fine touch. The wines accompanying each course were perfect matches. Excellent service and views (from window-side tables).

It surely is one of the top addresses for Cantonese food in Hong Kong. Clearly you can go to a cheaper place and there are so many choices. Fact is however, that many of my Chinese Friends would return here at least for a special occasion. Food is perfectly prepared, served and presented - irrespective of your choices. Personally I... Excellent Chinese food and service, a little expensive and short on desserts that might be liked by westerns but overall very good.

I am giving two stars only because I can not say a bad thing about the food. Service was very poor for the price they charge, they messed up our order, it took us a long while every time we wanted to catch their attention. Not recommended!

We were fortunate enough to select the sampler menu, which was fabulous is every way--especially the Dim Sum. The service was outstanding, and the staff gave us excellent advice in selecting our courses. The décor and atmosphere were wonderful.

This is, without doubt, one of the more expensive places to eat Chinese food in Hong Kong, but it is also reputed to be one of the best. Armed with this knowledge, we decided to book a table for dinner and have a really good time. The restaurant is on two levels, and we were given a table on the... More

Wear your smart casual or whatever to this hotel restaurant that packs a real surprise. Fantastic fried rice with scallops & prawn, chicken with cashew & black chicken and on & on... Homemade coconut & sesame ice cream is mind tingling!! Enjoy funky elevator ride up and if you have any energy left, try to find poolside lounge on 11th... More
