The first time we visited the Rusty Nail we we bowled over by the service, the food and the general ambiance of this restaurant, we couldn't fault it. Visit 2 was awful, the steak tough and unappetizing and I abandoned the dessert (apple pie) after one mouthful. Our third visit, this time accompanied by a friend who particularly wanted to...

The Rusty Nail is a gastro pub with lots of outdoor seating, large trees, green expansive gardens, lots of sunshine and good food. The owners are a brother and sister team and they do an amazing job of welcoming guests. The staff are good and has to be one of the best gastro pubs I have ever visited. Drop in...

I have been going to this restaurant for years. The ambience is excellent and the food and service are just superb. Very reasonable prices. Not to be missed. Safe and ample car parking too.

If you ask internationals living in Nairobi, half will tell you they prefer Talisman and half they prefer Rusty...

I ordered a veggie platter: roast veggies, pumpkin in cream, samosas, and a terrine that was akin to a cold slab of bechamel with peppers. Everything was cold, the veggies were overcooked and unappealing. My hubs...
