with Wi-Fi, many drinks options (iced coffee's teas, etc. the only complaint I have is snack & Food-On-The-Go selection. although it's still decent, it's not the best I've had in kenya.
Java is a great local spot for breakfast or lunch. Food is pretty tasty and service good. The hot lemon and ginger drink is AMAZING! My husband is addicted. I love the fact there is one at the airport - makes waiting there bearable!
There are java locations all around Nairobi and the food is pretty consistent throughout. They have an amazing honey, lemon, and ginger drink that cures all ails My biggest gripe is that they've started serving pretty small portions, particularly for lunch. Also, the service can sometimes be really bad, but I think this varies from location to location.
It is great for those who want to get their Western Fix. Great coffee and food--burgers and more. Only downside is that they close at 9 pm. Downer for those working late.
Being a chocolate addict...i cannot resist popping in for the rich chocolate milkshake and the fudge cake!
I have to say this place is one of the best places in the world to have an iced coffee. The fact they give you liquid sugar (it is so helpful) give it a go if you pass one. They also have free wi-fi
The fish is very good, tartar sauce is decent, carrot cake is divine... coffee is freshly brewed... Lil more choice on the menu in terms of choice would be good.
A chain of fast food restaurants and coffee shops just like others in Nairobi. Was a change from the few older coffee places in Nairobi when its started but has become a bit complacent and 'deja vu' over the years. OK for q quick meal and some (cold) coffee but not worth a detour since there are many other such...

It's a great oasis in a busy city. I had a bran muffin which was amazing and an iced coffee which was....not so amazing. Overall, it's super clean and a great place to go when you (you are an expat, aren't you?) need a "break" from the chaos of Nairobi.
