Went here on 3 separate occasions and had a great time during each. Had the pork sandwich and the orange cake and both were excellent. Not as cheap as some places in Hanoi but still cheap enough.

- Location: central yet quiet, kinda like a hideaway
- Interior/ atmosphere: very laid back n easy, have an old Hanoi feel to it, more unique than Puku, but very much simialr
- Menu: nothing that special, a little overpriced for the serving and quality of food/drink
- Food/Drink quality: I had the slushie (?!?) n it sucked, the brownie...

Tucked away in a quiet street is this restaurant/cafe. Set in an quaint three storey house with a delightful roof garden, you can sit downstairs, in one of the rooms upstairs or in the roof garden. Relax and enjoy a full meal, for which the menu is varied, or you can just enjoy a coffee or a something stronger. The...

You'll need to pay attention to find the little street this place is on, but once you're there you'll never want to leave. No touts, just good vibes, hearty helpings, and great service.
Staff here are KOTO alumni, and there is great support of Vietnam Pride, an equality group in the community. Good to see.
If we lived in the...

A little oasis with brilliantly charming service, lovely food and the cheapest drinks. Amidst the chaos, a place to chill.
I went here on a Monday night. I ordered a veggie roti and a honey pineapple smoothie.
While not spectacular, it was more than passable, with a cute little garden upstairs. Smoking is permitted, which may be a boon to some (though not to me). They had two vegetarian choices, and the rest was meat (chicken, beef, etc.).
Service was...

The Social Club is perfect place to while away the afternoon. Spatially it is more like a quirky cafe, with couches, beanbag chairs and tables scattered throughout a selection of rooms on different floors (including a roof.) But the food is definitely good restaurant quality. I recommend the chocolate strawberry muffin (unbelievable) the leafy green salad with goat cheese and...

We visited the Hanoi social club as I had been researching restaurants that served vegetarian food as we are travelling with a Vegan friend and it had good reviews..
I am soooo glad I did! We went for lunch and while it is a mainly vegetarian menu there was enough choice for us meat eaters to be satisfied.. The vegie...

Went for dinner. Menu is quite small, with mainly western dishes. Nice relaxing place. I would say more a cafe or place for a quiet drink than a restaurant.
An excellent place to chill out. We didn't eat - only popping in for a drink, but the menu looked good with plenty of vegetarian options. When peopls meals arrived it looked to be generous portions. The place it's self occupies various rooms and will appeal to some customers more so than others. I loved it!
