Smaller place than we expected - in everything but the price. Small room, small dishes, and a bit slow service for the number of people inside, and not so cheap.. If you really want japanese food, it's the place, but if not, you can pass

A real surprise. Saw this place walking down the street and decided to stop in. Pleasant atmosphere, owners very friendly. The sashimi was outstanding. Warm sake hits the spot on a cold day in Dalat!
A little hidden gem. Authentic Japanese and all the usual favourites on the menu as well as some new & interesting choices. We had the Dalat salad which was fresh & zesty with an orange vinaigrette on top, spicy tuna rolls (amazing!), chicken teriyaki (the old favourite) which was tender & tasty and an interesting tempura & soba noodle. the...

We were seated on the first floor, do not sit there, afterwards you and your clothes only smell like having been deep fried.
Service was not available. Food took about 45 minutes to come.
Food was overpriced and too salty.
When we had to pay at the counter I told the owner about our problems. He was interested and he...

We had a fantastic meal at Ichi, which was easier to find than imagined. The restaurant looks like a genuine little Japanese restaurant.
We had 6 different kind of sushi dishes, all of them very fresh (they were prepared in front of us) and very tasteful. Actually it was one of the best sushi meals we ever had (and we...

Hidden away (it is hard to notice the restaurant) is a little restaurant away from the typical vietnamese food. Selection is limited but the food is good. Prices are good too, at about $5-6 per meal. Great place to go to if you are getting tired of other foods.
If you like to eat something else than Vietnamese food in Dalat, know there is great Japanese food at restaurant Ichi. The restaurant has a sort of open kitchen where dishes are being prepared in front of the guests. Do expect that the preparation of the food takes some time, so expect a longer dinner time than in the average...

This restaurant deserves a far greater rating. The food is wonderful and after having just been to Japan, I tried some flavours that I had't experienced before. It is a cosy refuge offering good service and great value.
If you rely on the map to get there you won't find it. Rely on the address and ask for directions -...

For a change from the Western and Vietnamese food in Dalat, I find this a gem of a restaurant. Super friendly owners. Great Japanese cuisine. Nice sushi "bar". Cozy. And there's nothing like a glass of hot sake on a cold day in the mountains.
