We went here based on past reviews and were not disappointed. A Mexican restaurant in a highly Mexican city would have to be good if the locals were the people filling the chairs. This is an interesting Taqueria for several reasons (see comments below). Overall the food is very good. Great authentic mexican fare, nicely decorated, great menu choices, really like the chile relenos, prices better than any other mexican resturant we've been to.

Pancho's was very good. Visited on a Sunday after church. Families everywhere, and kids were super well-behaved. Was not noisy at all, and service was attentive. Very good atmosphere.
