The ceviche was delicious and our entrees were as well. They ran out of the chaya special but the people next to us said it was delicious. Nothing is pre-made; she makes it as it's ordered, and the cook is the owner.

Amazing service, our waiter Germo was very attentive, informative and made good food recommendations and made good drinks. We had the Chaya dip appetizer which was delicious made with a plant similar to spinach. We also had the fish which was equally as good. Portions were large and the price was relatively cheap. They also have a TV at the...

The Chaya was Delicious & so flavorful! It's worth a trip just to try it! I also had the stew chicken with rice & beans, & salad. The vegetable salad was sooooooo good & fresh! I would go back to Erva's & get an order of Chaya with a salad & be very happy!
Our cab driver recommended Erva's so we went with local referral. We also started with the spinach appetizer & found it to be a treat. Two of the three of us enjoyed our meals, the pork chop special was a bit overlooked for my liking. The staff could not have been more friendly, we finished our meal late so the...

We're so pleased our host recommended we eat at Erva's - it set the bar for excellent food in Belize. We were so pleased with our helpful and entertaining waiter who suggested dishes and drinks for us to try. Our chaya appetizer was mouth-watering, our main courses (creole fish with coconut rice and a delicious cucumber salad) filling and delicious...

This place rocks! The food is delicious and their server Juan is a sweetheart. When he heard we were leaving to go to Ambergris Caye for scuba and diving he told us where to go and then as it turned out, he showed up at our resort and took us sight seeing to the dive shop! Anyway, back on subject....

The food was good, we visited on a Friday night and there was entertaining live music. The decor isn't great, but it's clean and purpose built. Their chaya appitizer was excellent, the next time I an in San Ignacio, I would definitely return to Erva's.
Every city, no matter how remote, has that one homey restaurant with decent prices and delicious, local cooking and this is it.
Our waiter Nolan recommended the chaya dish as an appetizer (which is a spinach-like vegetable cooked with butter, garlic, and other vegetables), and a few creole dishes that were fantastic. Desserts weren’t as good, but the atmosphere and...

We went here for dinner because we heard it had great Belizean fare at low prices. It's not right on Burns Ave, but to me that is a feature, not a bug. The food we had was fabulous, and our server (Norman?) was really friendly and great.
We ate outside at nice tables and had a special chaya nachos appetizer...
