I go here every time I am on Anna Maria Island. Quiet location, spectacular views, good food, reasonable prices, good service. You just can't go wrong at this place. Go early or late, you will be happy you did. Enjoy!

Sat inside and it felt a bit like being on a boat! Window seat gave great view of the water and the fishermen.One of them snagged a bird and we had a front row on the "rescue and recovery".A nice spot to relax away from the sun.Seafood satisfying.Salads looked good.

I enjoyed the on the water experience but the food was the middle of the road. Our waitress was brilliant and managed to keep one of my smart [--] friends in line with humour .. well done. Wasn't impressed with the crab cakes .. sorry, and you really need to use fresh potatoes for your fries, not the frozen crap... More

Having walked down the pier and nearly blown away we decided to have late lunch. The shrimp and fries were great. Service was good. Would definitely go back.

We love the view you get while dining at the Historic City Pier Restaurant. And as a bonus, the food is really good! Friendly service. A must stop during your AMI vacation.
