Description: The Front Page DC, opened in 1985, has been serving DC's socialites for decades! We pride ourselves on prompt, friendly service, excellent food, long happy hours, and bountiful brunches. We have won DC's best happy hour and voted TOP 10 spots to Brunch. We have been known for our affordable pricing, including our famous $9 lunch specials. We offer insane specials including our half priced burger nights with trivia on Tuesdays and our biggest night of the week...Taco Thursday's with a free taco bar starting at 5 pm and $2 Coronas. The Front Page has always been family owned and operated, and we have always treated our restaurants like our home. We welcome you to our restaurant, and we hope you feel like you are home while you are here. Cheers, Alex Heidenberger

Not expecting this place to be around next time we are in town. Just too disorganized. Had reservation but got there and stood in bar by hostess desk for 10 minutes while they "readied table"? There were only 4 tables with people sitting at them. All the others were pre-set. We were handed dinner menus and the drink menu with... More

Went to get wings, was glad to see a happy hour menu. Each of us had different flavored wings and were happy. Had loaded fries, it was ok, didn't like the sweetness of the bbq meat on them. We also shared a Cesar salad, too much anchovy flavor for my palate. Service was quick on getting our food out but... More

Can't comment on the dining experience but it was the only bar we could find after scouring several blocks and the name caught my attention. The bartender here, Chuck, was amazing and offered us all sorts of tips for the rest of our vacation. He was so warm and welcoming and made us feel right at home as locals, despite... More

We got here on a Sunday at 3:30, just in time to be told the Sunday brunch had just ended. The place was packed and young people were enjoying waffles and mimosas in abundance. Everyone seemed to be having a great time. The noise level was so that I could barely hear my friend sitting next to me and the... More

Getting to this restaurant and parking was a nightmare. If you don't like crowds, don't go the Front Page for Sunday Brunch. Once there however, my friends and I were greeted with the bottomless mimosas. Real mimosas, not watered down because they were bottomless. The food was fantastic and the staff was friendly. Everyone had a good time, and since... More

great food, great atmosphere, and reasonable prices (for downtown DC anyway). We always eat and drink at the bar, and the bar menu is great. Good pub-type food.

We loved our meals. Service was very good. The only negative was they had no desserts. When we asked our waite if there was anywhere nearby he told us to go to CVS. We had a good laugh. we went to Kramerbooks and had a delicious dessert.

We love this place. It has the best food, and a convenient location right off DuPont Circle. After 7 it starts to fill up so get there early!
