Best coffee I have ever had and ensure that I get one everyday. I have been all over the world and always crave a "Fresh" coffee, My desk at work is littered with BioCup coffee cups from fresh hahaha. Five friends some visting from UK went to Fresh and had breakfast and coffee the food was great and great friendly service Fresh was very busy so we sat outside. Visited Fresh as usual when in the mountains. Midweek on a quiet afternoon, our family of 4 enjoyed lunch and a drink. 2 Children had the ricotta hotcakes which were excellent as always and adults had specials from the blackboard. Great coffee and fantastic food. We were traveling through and alternated our plans to return to Katoomba so we could sample it again.

Really enjoyed our meal here, our waitress was friendly and even made substitutions so that my meal was gluten free! Really appreciated it!

The food is certainly 'fresh' but the staff appear to enjoy socializing with their friends more than serving their customers. Slow to get served, then slow to get fed. Coffee was ok, but not the amazing cup it was meant to be, way to hot and bitter...
