We had read about Stillwater and were unable to get a booking first time in Launceston on our travels but rebooked on our return and we were so glad we did. The Degustation menu was suberb with the food flavours, blending and attention to detail amazing. Every dish a taste sensation. Table service oustanding too.

I love the walk from Launceston to this venue, it took 15 minutes from our hotel in the centre of town. We enjoyed breakfast, meals are about $20 - $25 and they have toast options as well. I am loath to give top marks but I can't find a reason not to. We have dined at Stillwater on six occasions now and have thoroughly enjoyed the experience every time. If there's a better eatery in Tasmania - let me know.

Have been to Stillwater 3 times for lunch over the past few months, during visits to Launceston. Every time, the menu was imaginative, the food well presented and flavoursome and the service friendly and knowledgable. Prices reflect this, but value is still good. No more to be said, I think.
