A nice experience of Japan in Rotorua, nice atmosphere nice food and very relaxing. Enjoyed the meal and saki.

I went here for dinner. The service and food were both very average. The premises looked in need of a good clean. That really puts me off, especially in a place that is serving raw fish.

Where do we start? Great atmosphere, fantastic service, authentic menu. I had the sashimi and Tim had a salmon hot pot. Both delicious. Could have stopped with that (and the green tea, plum wine and entrees) but as we're on honeymoon we splashed out on dessert - oh my goodness, the white chocolate ice cream was out of this world.... Well priced excellent Japanese food. You can sit around watching them prepare or at a normal table. I am a big fan of sushi and it was so generous, fresh and tasty

I visited based on a recommendation from my hostel and was certainly not disappointed! The food was very good and so reasonably priced. I highly recommend giving the plum wine a try is was delicious. If nothing else you can happily spend an hour or two watching the chef prepare the sushi!

This restaurant has 2 rooms and many tables. The place is nice, the menu is simple but with many dishes. The quality was really great. The fish was very fresh and everything was excellent. Normal prices and good service. A place where I’d like to come back.

The sashimi is not to be missed! And everything else was great too. The décor should not put you off.
