Looking for a nearby place to eat that wasn't going to bankrupt us, we tried this Verve. wouldn't have found it without TripAdvisor !! Good Italian food in a arty basement location. I really enjoyed my Eye fillet, excellent. My partners pizza was 'ok ' I would go back again.

Have been to Verve several times and its consistently good for the food and the atmosphere! A true favourite of ours in Brisbane!

We never would have found Verve, had it not been for our Entertainment guide. So pleased we did. Liked it as soon as we got down to the basement. Went for lunch which we enjoyed and will certainly be back for dinner and will tell our friends.

Try as you might you will never find a chicken and blue cheese risotto that comes even close!! A cute, hidden gem of a restaurant with a reasonable wine list, generally good staff and real atmosphere. It's not fine dining but for top quality Italian food there's nowhere better. A great venue for a mates night out!

I dined alone at verve but felt welcomed from the minute I walked down the stairs. The staff were so friendly & their service was fantastic. Not to mention the divine pasta, wine & coffee. Thanks guys

Went here this week with a group of work people. The food here is your standard pizza and pasta. I had a pretty good pizza with some bread and dips to start with. The place is a low ceiling, dimly lit restaurant that was packed. Good prices. Average wine list but great beers and ciders had a good representation.
