Had breakfast here this morning, Mother's Day, food, service, atmosphere great. We loved the "non smoking"as well and the big shaded verandah!

Reviews here on TA and also on other websites reported favourably on the Roma Café for a nice breakfast so we gave them a go, and then went back the next two days as well. We had determined to have a solid breakfast and forego lunch for our few days in Darwin to give us more time, and the Roma... More

This is my regular cafe, it has home made food and the coffee is strong and well made. I can't really say anything bad. It does get busy but I have never had to wait for my food. Love it.

Always friendly, worth the wait when busy. Fantastic brunch, interesting specials. Been that way for 20+ years

Coffee = flavoursome, aromatic & consistently served at the correct temperature and strength. Should consider introducing beans from the great coffee regions around the world.

This is the cafe that has been the scene for many plots, revolutions, uprisings and the birth of great social agendas - both local and overseas. It is well known for the clientele that regularly meet there. The food is always fantastic - simple and delicious. The indian breakfast is a special treat. But what makes the Roma Bar especially... This is one of the more popular cafes in Darwin, and you can see why. We arrived at peak breakfast time on a saturday and after scoping out a lovely table (someone was leaving so we hovered) we sat to enjoy our breaky. As usual for Darwin, not super cheap, but not expensive either. I had the vego breaky and... More

A great spot for coffee and also lunch. Thye make a mean latte. Very friendly staff. They have fresh fish each day for lunch and other interesting munchies like Dhal.

I have been going here for years. Whilst the food may take some time in getting to you, it is fresh, perfectly cooked and tastes great. I have never had a poor breakfast here. I particularly like the half-breakfast (1 egg on a slice of toast, a rasher of bacon and tomato). But, best of all, is the coffee. Close... More

The Roma Bar has a leftish-bent and must serve the tastiest homemade breakfasts and lunches anywhere in the CBD. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly and go out of their way to make sure you get what you need! Their fresh juices and coffees are superior. In the CBD and close to the law courts, it is the perfect place... More
