Ugh ! I went there at lunchtime today, and normally the food and service are good, and they normally make the best tea in the CT, but today, not. I was given a tea, just before lunch time, to take away. When I got in the car to have a swig, I noticed a peculiar taste. There was some coffee... More

Very good for coffee, pastries and cake - but I would avoid the breakfast. I am fairly easy to please with breakfast, but frankly, this was undesirable. We ordered three 'Big Breakfasts' - the poached eggs on each plate ranged from either undercooked (egg whites still clear) to hard golf balls, bacon undercooked, tomatoes burned, way too much toast, huge... Busy Saturday morning and staff couldn't cope. Firstly coffee order got mixed up. Then we kept getting brought everyone else's breakfasts. I saw a good poached egg that wasn't mine and when we got ours my husbands poached eggs where good mine were more like hard boiled eggs. Staff kept apologising for mixing up tables, how hard can it be... More

The lemon custard tart was reasonably priced and fairly good. It was a bit wet in the middle though. The atmosphere is awful, but what do you expect in the middle of a shopping mall. There are better pastries in Canberra for sure.

The food here is tasty and good value for money - the serving sizes are huge! This visit, while our drinks arrived promptly, we waited over 45 minutes for our food, while everyone around us came, ate and left. It was difficult getting anyone's attention to ask about our food, and when we managed to get the attention of a... More

Went here recently for lunch. It has been extensively refurbished. Lunch menu includes burgers, pies and sandwiches. Good vego selection. Amazing cakes and pastries, and delicious bread (made in house - amazing ciabatta!). Service good but a little slow as it was so busy. The tables outside are very cramped, but the food is great. Good coffee too.

We had lunch at Dobinsons today, barramundi with potato wedges and salad. I doubt very much the fish was barramundi and it was partially raw and no where near as hot as the potato wedges. The tomato, cucumber and purple onion were fresh but the lettuce was inedible, with rotten bits throughout the salad. A real shame because we used... More

delish homemade breads and freshest bakery items. Decadent desserts to takeaway or eat in. Busy cafe with mostly outdoor eating but some indoor. Excellent value and service.

I order srambled eggs last time I been there, and they were warm and soggy so I ask them if they could cook them for a bit longer because they were not tasting nice, and I said ''dont worry about making new ones, could you just put this ones a bit longer on the pan??'' but the waitress said ''oh,...
