We were on our way to The Cliffs of Moher when were saw the clever little roadside signs directing us to the restaurant. It was a cold and rainy morning and we were in the mood for some good Irish cooking. This was just the place. It was very family friendly and had points for kids to earn prizes if... More

We stopped at the Stonecutters Kitchen on highway R478 just south of Doolin on our way from the Cliffs of Moher to Burren National Park. We order two appetizers, Seafood Chowder and Fish Cakes on a Seafood Salad. Both were excellent. It is a small unassuming place set a little off the road, watch for the sign. Went for Sunday dinner here, choose the cod in beer batter with mushy peas, really as nice as I've had anywhere. Followed by baileys cheesecake, really thick, the way I like it, and complimentary tea. Restaurant has really nice rustic setting and service from our waitress was really excellent!! More

It was Saturday night, we had had a great day out on Inishmore and we were famished! We went up to the different restaurants of Doolin but they were all fully-booked. We decided to see if that little "family restaurant" on the road to the Cliffs of Moher had a table for two. And they did! The place is an... More

We had just left the Cliffs of Moher and were heading to drive through The Burren when we saw the little restaurant off to the side. We decided to stop and give it a try. We chose to sit outside and enjoy the view. The restaurant is right next to a farm and you get a view of the cows... More

After visiting the Cliffs last year we enjoyed a great lunch at Stonecutters Kitchen. The staff was friendly, though the food could've been served quicker. But it was worth the wait, as the sandwhich and soup were delicious! More

They have a great menu for the kids with loyalty points. They also have a playground for the kids. I was dissapointed with the adults food and the potato in the fishcakes tasted of water. More

We were heading back from a visit in the Burren and cliffs of Moher when we stopped here after 4 km. We had a salad with smoked salmon, garlic bread and chips. Food is good. The ice cream was less nice as a dessert. More

quite tired and quite hungry we spotted this little eaterie on our way from doolin to the cliffs of moher. it looked quaint and not a little shabby from a distance. upon closer inspection it turned out to be a converted irish cottage. it is a family run business and all food prepared was fresh and home cooked. without beating... We found this restaurant while seeing the cliffs of Moher. My wife was attracted to the cheerful signs and decor. We returned for dinner and had a great meal. Both my wife and I found the food good and the staff friendly and attentive. We would definitely go back if we return to the area. More
