Nice old fashioned bar with extensive beer garden, always a great atmosphere at the weekend and decent music.

Great pub with cosy atmosphere and live music on Saturdays with large beer garden. Pints are cheap and there's a great selection of beers and ciders. Staff are great. Would go back in a heartbeat! This place is good for large groups and couples alike.

what a great proper old pub - in the old style of grocers shop at the front and pub in back - cosy friendly and wish we had come in every nigt! A real gem of a place- and all the more special for being so rare.

A fascinating combination of the old and the new (a mini nightclub has been added in the back, where you can catch some great musical entertainment). There is also a patio area.

warm friendly welcome. This is typical old style bar with antiques and historical pieces. Unusual with groceries on one side and bar on the other. Worth visiting when in Bantry and Bill will make your stay memorable.

When in Bantry, Ma Murphy's is always worth the stop. It's a reflection of a true Irish country pub. No glitz in this place.....a small sitting room and bar inside and a more ample drinking area out back with music on occasion. My sense is that it's been this way for a long time and were you to visit 20... More

An excellent old style, family run business. Highly recommended for an authentic pint of Guinness, chat and craic in the bar, reached through a small shop area. The back bar is beautifully done out in wood and hosts regular live music. Some food available also.

Delightful original Irish bar without the nonsense. A true original with lots of different rooms including a dance/gig area.

Very friendly atmospheric bar, fantastic welcoming bar staff and a nice pint. Small bar but huge back area. Dated but worth a visit.
