My husband and I stopped here after our walk to Charles Fort. A great restaurant and pub stop on a beautiful day; friendly staff and good food made for a refreshing afternoon. Bulman's has a beautiful view of the harbor, and was obviously a gathering place for the locals too.

I have visited the bulman many times down the years but yesterday was very disappointed. three friends and I had a late lunch which consisted of four mains....one veggie meal, fish and chips , a wrap and I had half a lobster tail. we found the meals to be of the high standard that is expected of the bulman ,... Stopped here while taking the Scilly Walk from town to Charles Fort and back. Nice menu selection, good food, and pleasant service. You can't go wrong here.

Like many others, we stopped at The Bulman after a visit to Charles Fort. We found a table near the door with a view of the water. I ordered the Fish and Chips and a Bulman's red Irish ale. I ordered fish and chips at a number of restaurants on our trip and Bulmans had the best. My wife ordered... More

Called in for a light lunch after a walk to Charles Fort. Great atmosphere, surprisingly fast service for a busy Sunday lunchtime and a seafood chowder to die for. The Guinness was pretty special, too.

Had the pleasure of attending an 80th birthday party on the upper floor where the service, food and drink were all first class. The calamari was the best I have ever tasted. The noise from the bar on the ground floor was unbelieveable and the place was packed. Thank goodness we were on a bus as parking is very limited;... More

Fun Irish pub with lots to look at inside. Warm fireplace and views of the ocean. Staff are a bit dry but the draft beer is like any other pub. The pub also has a restaurant and food but don't serve on Mondays.

Went there last week and had the rudest server I think I have ever encountered. She took 10 min to take our order and then flung our food down on the table when it came out. I also observed her tell a table of four next to me that they could not have melted butter for their grilled lobster that... More
