If you are thinking about going and it is your thing, don't hesitate and go now! But be aware, this is not traditional 2 or 3*...

Eating here is a chance to explore taste, texture and visual delights as the dishes are finely crafted and presented. This is fine dining for those passionate about great food and also to open the eyes of the amateur. Not just a meal but an experience.
A must for anyone who is tired of dreary Swiss restaurants. Fresh produce, great atmosphere, superb attention to detail and a service that is bordering on pure theatre! I have never been more entertained whilst eating - Excellent!
