Been to Fat Harry's several times over the years and each time the fish has bones in it and the chips range from uncooked to average. Crap harry's .. don't bother.

I was here on 5th August from 9.30pm to about 10.40pm with a family. The atmosphere was nice. There fascinating very interesting paintings on the wall. We were at the family section which was roomy and cool. The food was nice and tasty. I had chips served with different source, salads, beans, sausage and different types of spices. I chose... More
Ordered battered sausage and chips and saveloy and chips. Sausages okay. Chips were a combination of undercooked, powdery, greasy and covered in black dots?! Obviously the cooking oil needed changing. We didn't eat many chips. Service mediocre. Establishment looked tired and not especially clean. Used to be better. Unlikely to use this chip shop again.

Was looking forward to lovely fresh fish, but what I got was greying fish that wasn't fresh and very small portion with more batter than anything else. Also... More

Gave me a chance to look about - dirty tables, floor and flies too!! Youth element in town seem to hang around in the doorway or back of seating area, makes... More
