Just been to bowness for 5 days called in this pub on monday sat in the beer garden as it was a lovely day and ended up calling in this pub everyday after that.Had our evening meal in there on our last day as well and it was just as nice as the local beers were.

Called in for a drink on Monday evening...stayed all night. Food we had was lovely only had a starter but good sized portion left me full. With the evening ahead and no plans we decided to stay for the bingo. Glad we did as we won!!! Friendly staff and locals made for a great night. Thanks.

Visited The Albert for lunch on a Monday. Very nice and clean. Staff were friendly and attentive. The service was quick considering they were busy at the time and the good was delicious. We called in again on Wednesday, the food was perfect ,service great everyone friendly .The way he does his gravy is pretty well faultless...Keep it going well done

We popped in The Albert early evening for a couple of drinks and decided to try the food having liked the look and feel of the place. Really enjoyed our meal, good value and very tasty. Friendly staff. Drinks a bit pricey but would recommend and will definitely be paying another visit.

Popped in here a couple of times whilst in Bowness for drinks and the atmosphere was lovely and staff and locals very friendly. Food looked good and later on the entertainment was good fun.

Stopped off here for a spot of lunch and I am glad we did! The food is fantastic for a pub and great value.
