Central location close to St Stephens Cathedral is very popular with tourists and locals. Excellent choice of cakes and coffee options. You may have to wait to get a table indoors but definitely worth the wait. Don't bother going if on a diet!!

This konditorei offers a variety of excellent cakes, dishes and coffees etc. The place is always busy, service is efficient but not much different from other good cafees and with no personal involvement.

Nothing what to dislike and everything to love! Whether it is coffee, sweets, cakes or cooked dishes; it was a lovely experience. Has to be visited more the once!

Nice place to sit down with a cup of coffee and Viennese pastry. May be very crowded in the evenings though, so better to plan in advance. Also offers a variety of pastry for takeaway. We recently had a great breakfast at Konditorei Oberlaa in the Neuer Markt area of Vienna and we enjoyed some good macarons there during another visit. This place was recomended by a gluten free blog. It surpassed my very high expectations - there were six (SIX!!!) gluten free cake options (and an extensive array of macaroons which are also gluten-free!), including a to-die-for chocolate mousse cake which I had, a sacher torte and other Viennese specialties.
