You will not find better restaurants even in Milano. This is the best Malta has. Everything top rated. Damn good. Has it all.

Just not as good as I expected. This is a restaurant that has the atmosphere of a business/corporate account place - it's dull in a lot of ways. Staff were nice enough but not that interested, food was good but overpriced and certainly not particularly memorable.
Starters were reasonably good - mussels in white wine and a (raw) shrimps in lemon dish - total for starters €26. Water at €3 and a reasonable white wine at €20. The sea bass (for two, filleted at the table) was €47, with some veg and salad served with the fish. The fries served more than half way through.

My favorite fish restaurant in Malta.. from the antipasti della casa to the wide choice of fish-based pasta..to the exquisitely cooked fish all topped off by excellent service & great atmosphere. Prices are very reasonable considering the quality of food. Must try :)
Fumia is an excellent restaurant.. excellent service and excellent food. If you are a fish lover, it is a must to visit it.
I have known Fumia for many years- without hesitation they are always consistent in quality of food, service and value for money.
The setting of the restaurant could not be better! Under the Manoel Theatre who would have dared to hint to the knights and their architects that they were setting up the perfect dining environment for all of us...

Located in the heart of Valletta. The fish is fresh, the ingredients are kept simple, the atmosphere is warm and the best casatella siciliana with a professional service all the way. Prices are reasonable. Cannot recommend it enough!!
Excellent fish restaurant - ( one of the few good ones) in Malta - or to be fair, in Valetta. Superb taste and friendly service in the beautifyl cellar below Teatre Manuel. Easy to find - and difficult to leave because of the nice surroundings. Call before in high season, other have found this excellent place.
super nice service, good decent food and charming atmosphere......but the bill for a red snapper to share made my heart almost jolt in attack......ask for the prices before hand to avoid nasty surprises.
Best Maltese food we had during our stay, we had the manager, a Sicilian, surprise us with antipasti made of raw fresh local fish, after that we shared scorpion fish, drank excellent wine and ended our meal with their homemade limoncello... Most enjoyable evening!! Very good service!
