Great service but food was nothing special. Ordered the very expensive lobster dinner and it was so overcooked, the lobsters were mush. Very loud and tight quarters.

Gorgeous tapas would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Reyjavik! Very cosy with great friendly staff
Turned up on a Wednesday evening around 7 to find the place packed. We had no reservation but were shown to the lounge to have a drink whilst waiting for a table to free up. We selected our menu of the taste of Iceland and a few extras between the two - the food was just amazing we were given...

Okay the place is a little loud and a bit cramped but the taste of Iceland makes it all worth it. In a city where even a simple coffee is expensive this is a relatively inexpensive way to experience much of the local old school cuisine in a unique way. From smoked puffin through shark and whale this is not...

OK, why would you try tapas in Reykjavik... Just for the fun. The place is extremely dark and struggle to see what you're eating. It is pretty noisy and the quality of the food does really not make up for it. Not to be mixed up with the Icelandic tapas place at the harbour!
My friend and I were looking to try some authentic local cuisine and were delighted to discover the Icelandic gourmet tapas set menu on offer. This included puffin, minke whale and skyr dishes, among others - all something new to us and all brilliant!
We shared the menu between us (seven tapas if I recall), allowing us room to try...

Much busier than other restaurants we visited and not sure why because the food was just average. We ordered way too much as thought the tapas would be UK type sizes. We weren't advised that we had ordered quite a lot (we did ask if we had ordered the right amount) so lots went to waste. Good food but no...

We ate here one evening in April during a short stay in Reykjavik. The dishes were tasty but came out very sporadically as it was cooked - I have only ever eaten in tapas restaurants where all the dishes comes out together, or nearly at the same time, but here we had a very long wait between receiving the first...

Probably top restaurant experience in Iceland. We were able to try all the Icelandic foods like whale, puffin, horse, etc. without having to order a whole meal of it AND each dish tasted delicious! For fantastic service ask for Adam - I think we looked at the menu for all of two seconds. He basically told us what to order,...

The staff are really friendly and very knowledgeable about the wonderful food that they serve. It is definitely Tapas with a twist. I had the Icelandic menu and my other half had the chef's choice. So lots of varied dishes. I would definitely recommend this place.
