It was an absolute delight to find a menu only for vegetarians, with an healthy and tasty food coupled with a team who makes a delightful experience for the customer. Will go back for the rest of our trip in Athens :)

Nice little place for veggies. Friendly staff, Maria and Panos very eager to help you with the menu and explain what is going on. Interesting plates, all vegetarian, extensive use of curry and some other exotic spices, lacking in intensity but providing a descent alternative to the all-meat restaurants of the area. Particularly good juices and smoothies! Not a place... More

I am by NO MEANS a vegi, but that being said, don't mind vegi food. After spending a week in athens and eating more lamb the a small town in New Zealand does in a week ans sucking in more second hand SMOKE that a 1950 Chevy Pick up truck out out in a year (thanks Athens) I needed something... More

I am not vegetarian and I always look suspicious at vegie restaurants thinking that meat proteins will be always missed. How wrong I was! We had a wondeful lunch. The choice was great and the dishes delicious. Plus the chef was inspired by oriental cuisine-one of my favourites. I still remember the falafel I had with a yogurt sauce and... More

Really good vegan restaurant, the food is delicious and innovative. A great selection of thea also. The main courses are big and you can just share one for two. To be tested even by non-vegan people becaune everything is tasty.

This restaurant is a gem - its unfussy but with a really broad and imaginative menu of veg/vegan dishes and friendly service, plus good value for money. It makes a refreshing change having so much choice in non-meat dishes rather than just trying to pick the least boring veg option from a limited range. I think the meal I had... More

This place is slightly out of the main hub of activity in Athens but it is totally worth the short walk. From the clean, modern decor to the welcoming waiters this place ticks all of the boxes. I had the burger with a mushroom and parmesan patty and my husband had the pizza, both were full of flavour and the... More

Delicious and healthy - we really needed a break from the carbs we tend to eat when we travel. Avocado has both outdoor and indoor seating and was a great place to relax over a healthy dinner.

We found the Avocado restaurant conveniently located at five minutes’ walk from our hotel in the Plaka. It is a small restaurant that gets filled up fast during lunch or dinner, so arrive before 2pm for lunch or 8pm for dinner. Avocado’s interiors are airy with light wood tables and chairs. We ordered the Satori Rolls, which are made of... More
