I've been living in lisbon for 4 year and everytime I come back Ramiro is my first stop. Amazing quality of food, typical portuguese retaurant. if you are lucky the waiting time on the street is just 20 minutes, but don't worry, during the waiting time you've beer and bread! Try everything and drink beer, not wine.

Very good quality food, we had a tremendous good night at this restaurant. The only negative point is related to the noise of people but this is a "cervejaria" therefore it's ok. Even if you may get a long queue in front of you to enter it goes pretty fast.

always full. always a queue. because food is good. typical Portuguese "fruits of the sea" restaurant. no fish. big variety of food. good service. exotic food. very cramped seating. try the crabs and clams!!!! not very expensive either.

Our group of 5 couples from Canada & USA came here because of the good reviews found on TripAdvisor. We phoned ahead from the hotel and was told 'we do not take reservation'. So we took two cabs to came here to line up - for more than an hour. Normally we won't mind waiting, as we had prepared for... More

No, I don't like the location. I don't like the queues. I don't like being crowded and waiting too long. But if you don't have time to visit Cascais for fresh seafood near the coast, this is probably the best place in central Lisbon for seafood. They are recommended by many hotels in Lisbon, guide books and other resources. Although... More

We visited Ramiro on the suggestion of a friend who grew up in Lisbon. I managed to book a table a couple of days before arriving in Lisbon and was so pleased when we arrived at the restaurant and jumped the massive queue to be seated at our table. The staff were so friendly and fun, great vibe in the... More

Following in the steps of Anthony Bourdain, we decided to try out Ramiros. The food was decent and the service was fast... almost too fast.. and nearly clinical.... but, there are so many other great hidden gems in Lisbon! We had one order of garlic shrimp, one order of garlic clams, bread with butter, four raw oysters and four mini-beers... More

Long Q's await you at this place but it is worth the wait. The line moves steadily so you are looking at a 20-30min wait. The seafood is is of a high quality. Just be careful of the prices as they are in weights. Except to pay €65-€75 for Lobster but other than that its a great place with very... More

Run inside and grab beers for your group to drink while you wait in the line. A fun place that is not inexpensive but worth it. A way better than average seafood experience in sometimes mediocre lisbon. Worth a visit! Dont expect frills and have a great time!

This is a wonderful restaurant! You reeeeally need to book a table, the queue outside does not get shorter! We had the Shrimp à la Aguillo for starters and shared a grilled Rock Lobster for main, with a bit of mayo, melted butter, bread and a bottle of green wine this was a night to remember. Only the lobster in... More
