The food was pretty good and we enjoyed the meal. The waiter was a bit pushy with the expensive seafood and seemed noticeably frustrated by our initial lack of a big order. Overall a good experience but need to work to not be so pushy.

Went here on a side trip from Lisbon. They had great sangrias (the best we had in Spain and Portugal). The service was excellent with really fresh fish choices. Tableside deboning of your fish filet. Wonderful afternoon choice for lunch.

lovely atmosphere and service, lots of fish and meat (very little for the true veggie) but excellent value for money and I always eat there when in Lisbon/Cascais

As the name says, it looks and acts as an old traditional house of Portuguese cuisine. Loved all in there. Rich fish choices as well as steaks, feijadas and of course wines. Any time visiting Cascais, at least once a year, don't miss this place.

Rustic decorated restaurant, very Portuguese ambient. Excellent sea food. Staff very sympatic but a litle pushy on sales. We sent all the starters back. With excellent white wine aand deserts, we ended up with a bill of 50 Eur per person.

This restaurant was recommended to us by someone living in Cascais, and we were not disappointed! The food was excellent, reasonably priced and served by friendly staff. The duck a l'orange was superb! Highly recommended - and very easy to find in Cascais!

We visited here twice during our stay in Cascais. On the first occasion we sat outside but it was very smoky. The second meal inside the restaurant was much more pleasant. The food is decent, reasonably priced and the service excellent.
