Le Coup Vert is situated in the part of Knokke known as Het Zoute. Of the beaten track (away from the shopping streets). Restaurant is cozy and has an up to date interior. It has a bar section in the first part of the restaurant.

Roger Souvereyns is a famous formerly Michelin-starred chef who traded the high pressure world of haute cuisine for a more laid-back trattoria.
