This is an interesting restaurant. There are many cartoon art on the walls and hence its name "Comics cafe. It is a very busy place with people sitting outside in front of the cafe drinking beer, coffee and other beverages. A narrow spiral stair case leads you into the dinning room on the first floor. The dinning room is casual.... More

I was strolling by place Sablon (nice small garden there too) which is a Sunday market for antiques. Late afternoon got hungry and tried comics Café. We had a table outside as it was a nice spring day. Staff was attentive, efficient and good. I had a ribeye steak which was of "normal" quality but the fries were the best... More

We decided to try out the comic burger place since one of our kids loves hamburgers and cartoons. We showed up around 1800 and askes if they had a table for 5. They asked if we had a reservation and we didnt but they were able to help us anyway. Most of the seating is up a small spiral staircase.... More

The food in this place is very good, some of the best we had in Brussels but it is massively over priced. 16 euros for a small burger. Plus the service was awful, to start with the waiter was good, attentive but once our burger arrived they disappeared, no refills on drinks unless we asked, when we found them they... More

Good food, great venue. Overpriced €16 for a veggie burger. Terrible service, very slow staff talking and not at all attentive, but friendly when they finally come over.

We fancied a burger when we visited Brussels - but not of the fast food variety so checked trip advisor, Comics Cafe had good reviews, sowe decided to go for it. If you like Tin Tin then you'll like the decor, service was alright, the staff seemed to be all over the place at times and repeating the work load,... More

The burgers were incredible - try the Obama Burger. However service wasn't great at all. We knew this before going so wasn't really shocked and probably would return as the food was really tasty!

The restaurant itself was nice, especially at the windows with view over the streets. The burger however was only average...It was good no doubt...but nothing special. For 16.50€ for a double bacon cheeseburger I would expect more...something unusual like a great sauce or whatever...not just a regular burger that I could also make at home. Cheers

Went there for lunch with some friends and the food was very good. The service was terrible, I asked to change the onions and the answer was practically shouted to me "not possible".

The best: the local, atmosphere. The worst: the service ( is not bad of all.... buy depends of the wailer that attends you) The food: very good if you like the hamburgers and similars.
