A couple of months ago during a nice sunday afternoon. We were sitting here on the terrace of Brasserie Cathrien. Enjoying a nice glass of wine and some snacks. The autumn wind was inspiring, the view was excellent and the service was perfect!

It has a great view, very central location it does not work if you don't get nice service. So we had just some coffee, enjoyed view and left.

Situated on sea front in Volendam. Pleasant cheerful service and quite extensive menu. Very large portions of food. Spare ribs were great.

Might have been okay if the the server was friendly and the food was good and it wasn't rather expensive. Nice view of the old harbour, and the decor is nice but there seem to be better places just up the road.
