The food is great, the service is fine and the interior is quite chique for a Thai restaurant. So, I would definitely recommend Thai Jasmine.

Fantastic restaurant, good service, good price and amazing good food!! There is a lot to choose from the menu. You can choose from combined menu's, but you can also order a la carte.
I have eaten here twice in the past month and have had great food both times, you can see the meals are freshly prepared for you as the kitchen is visible... It's good Thai food with decent portions unlike some other places in town such as wagamamas where the Japanese food portions are too small Would definitely reccommend
The food was pretty good, but nothing to write home about, really. The atmosphere is not that bad and it looks clean enough.
We waited an hour and a half for our food, which I find it to be unacceptable! The service was moderate (at best). The worst part about it I found it to be the arrogance. I asked...

We staid in Thailand last summer for 3 weeks. After coming back to Groningen we reay missed the Thai food. But luckely we rediscovered Thai Jasmine. Great food! Nice and friendly staff!
Lots of very delicious food with authentic strong spicies. Though very popular and needs reservation. We were with a large group and could have a big table on the first floor. Had an amazing dinner with great service and real Thai cuisine.
We ate at the restaurant on Schuiterdiep a few years ago. So when the restaurant relocated to the larger, smarter premises we decided to pay a visit.
Good points: the restaurant is housed in an attractive and airy room. Service was fine. Prices reasonable.
Negative points: the food was not as good as I remember from the older restaurant. We...

There are 2 restaurants! 1 on the Schuitendiep and 1 on the Zuiderdiep. We ate at the Zuiderdiep - this has only been open 9 weeks. Very nice, open restaurant. Food is excellent: we chose the set menu but 'tweeked' it to suit us. Only negative is you come out smelling of the restaurant too.
The food, in a word, is wonderful. The flavors are, as far as a non-Thai who's had a lot of Thai food can judge it, mostly authentic, though maybe not spicy enough. They are however wonderfully complex layered and delicious. The servers were friendly but not notable, and the location is good but the decor is a little under-lit. In...

Jasmine now has a very roomy, wonderful accommodation on the Gedempte Zuiderdiep in the very heart of Groningen. Spacious, well-lit, and beautifully (and comfortably) furnished. There's a delightful open, very clean kitchen.
The Thai food is really divine. It compares excellently to fine restaurants in the Far East. A wide range of fried and fresh first courses. Anything you might...
