Recommended by locals, La Romantica does not disappoint! We had the best pizza of the trip, mine a capriccios heaped with sausage, ham and artichokes, and hers a quattro for magi quite thick with cheese. Do have the €10 Umbrian beer; it is delicious, chilled, and worth every bit of it. This is a truly great sit-down pizzeria.

OMG without doubt the best pizza I have ever eaten. Pizza with bocconcini Di buffala and pommodoro, out of this world. would go back in a heartbeat if we weren't leaving tomorrow. Not to be missed

Just outside of the old city walls La Romantica is a small pizzaria with a great pizza. My daughter and I shared a "meter" of pizza with different condiments. Soft, the crust very light and a wonderful mozza topping with mushrooms and other goodies. The best! Not expensive at all, fast service, almost too fast.

Great for a quick bite! The pizza was great very tasty bursting with toppings. Only problem is that everything was very quick. 30mins you meal is done. Very good for a quick belly-filler!!

Not much other than pizza here, but what great quality and value for money. Very busy with mostly locals, but staff are helpful. If you like pizza, this is the place to go in Perugia. If you cannot get in, then try Pizzeria Pompei across the street. We did on one occasion and were not disappointed.

I thought one pizza was pretty much like another till I dropped in here on the recommendation of a local, thin, crip crust, toppings interesting and plentiful, and no little burnt bits which one finds so often. Pleasant friendly staff, good price. Going back tomorrow for the pizza al metro - 3 different toppings!

A local friend of ours suggested this pizzeria. We had dinner with them and the pizzas were delicious, light and well seasoned. The shell was crispy and not burned like in most places. Very crowded and all you can eat is pizza and few sweets from the South Italy. Recommended.
