This ice-cream place has won the 1st prize on the ice-cream festival of Firenze in 2011. I didn't try that flavour though, I like the more conventional ones... But the ones I tried are delicious so it's worth stopping by if you're around. Moreover, the prices are not extremely high so it's a pleasure to eat ice-cream there.

Not in the best area and hard to find, but well worth it. The consistency of this gelato is impressive. The flavors wonderful. I am an ice cream/ gelato officianado and this was the best we had in the whole trip.

They have some unique flavors worth trying...i got their limone e basilico plus the la folla, which were, in a word, great :) plus the server was really friendly, even letting me taste their award-winning pistacchio :)

Award winning (and deservedly so) gelateria - try the lemon & basil sorbet, the sachertorte gelato or the mandarola (orange & pistachio) gelato.

We had a gelato degustation and all the sorbets and gelato we tried were lovely. Especially loved the hazelnut chocolate and pistachio flavours. Great location. Amazing gelato. We will be going everyday!
