We were delighted to be able to experience this restaurant while in Taormina! Although it was our first night of a seven day tour, it remained our overall favorite of any restaurants as we toured the entire island of Sicily. From appetizers, through pasta, entree, and dessert, every item was delicious and perfectly prepared. Wait staff was efficient and friendly... More

This restaurant is near Belvedere hotel. Quite close to the botanical gardens. This family run serves up good food with welcoming service. The place can get busy at times, so booking is useful. The grilled swordfish is out of this world!! Most awesome and amazing swordfish ever, a must try! All in all, one of the cheaper, we'll rounded restaurants... More

We were delighted with the welcome, the food and the wine in this restaurant. The bill was lower than in the other restaurants we tried in Taormina but the food was better.

Stay away from the touristy restaurants along the main shopping street and find your way to Al Giordino which is literally across the street from Taormina's exquisite botannical garden. This family-run restaurant serves fabulous seafood and pasta in a friendly atmosphere that is equally welcoming to locals and tourists. Plain grilled shrimp were as fresh and delicious as I've ever... More

We ate twice at this restaurant and on each occasion found the food and service to be well above average. It is slightly removed from the main tourist street and all the better for it!

Great service and reasonably priced compared to some of the places on the main street offering the same food for 50% more. Friendly staff and tasty food.

This was our first meal upon arriving in Taormina and what a delightful experience it was. Our waitress Stephania was very nice. I ordered the seafood salad and the fried shrimp and calamari, my husband ordered the veil and all dishes were incredible. The house white wine was delightful. For dessert we had the tiramisu and cassata---both were incredible. We... More

Had pasta with shrimp and pistaccio - sounds odd but was superb. Owner is very friendly, helpful and keen to look after his guests. Highly recommended.
