We stayed across the street at the hotel, we would go back again to the restaurant but not the hotel. It was bigger than expected.
This restaurant was recommended to us by our hotel concierge, and the food was simply outstanding. We enjoyed our lunch so much we returned the next day for dinner. Every dish we had was just fantastic. I ordered the carbonara which was very light on the cream just how I prefer this dish. My husband’s piazza was topped with fresh... More
I entered this restaurant located nearby the hotel Cicerone in Via Cicerone and did not expect such a crowd sitting and eating downstairs. The tables were all being occupied and I had to queue 30 minutes at least. Anyway a super kind waiter found a table for me and I started ordering as fast as possible ...to avoid waste of... More
Wonderful food, nice diverse menu, pasta and meat dishes were all good . . . . melon and prosciutto appetizer was wonderful!! We would go back again for pizza . .. . heard it was very good from other travelers. Only complaint was limited outdoor seating . . . mostly for parties of two.
our hotel recommended us of this place, very close to our hotel, and to the Termini central station. the food was delicious, the staff(sr.Rocco) was warm and welcoming, and the whole was authentically Italian. The prices were very good and relatively cheap.
We are usually huge advocates of Italian food and restaurants. We wondered around the side streets from the apartment we were staying in and found this little place, and thout the picture of the pizza oven looked great. I had the lasagna and my boyfriend had a pizza. The lasagna went cold very quickly, making me think there was a... More
Super little restaurant used by locals. Try the homemade pizza. Just delicious. And also try the stuffed zucchini flowers as a starter. All in all, really tasty home cooked food and at a very reasonable price.
The restaurant serves typical Italian and well tasting food for adults as well as kids. The menu offers a good variety of pasta, pizza, meat and fish dishes. The wine recommended by the boss was excellent at a good price. The waitress was nice and gave us great service.
I was staying in Hotel Corot, about a block from Roma Termini train station. Since it was my last night in Italy, I wanted an authentic dinner ... not food from a touristy restaurant right near the train station. After checking several menus and peeking inside to find locals, I settled on Grotta Azzura, and was very glad I did.... More
My wife and I enjoyed lunch there. The bread and olive oil plate were the authentic first introduction to the meal. We had a Restaurant.com coupon, but when we saw the prix fixe lunch selection, we decided to order that instead of a la carte. I ordered the fettuccine marinara and the homemade sausage and peppers/onions. My wife had the... More
