We had the tasting menu Seduction, three appetizers, three entrees, two main courses, two desserts, coffee & petit fours. This, plus wine pairings at five glasses of wine and brandy landed only at 292 euros. We were served extremely innovative, imaginative and at the same time delicate dishes. The most imaginative creations we've ever eaten in a restaurant. It was... More

I love this kind of places, it doesn't even look like a restaurant but some kind of an old and chic building with a huge first floor flat transformed into a restaurant. Very simple decoration, all white and grey, with nice music in the background. On the food front, it is a typical modern fusion place - you just choose... More

If you enjoy modern, fusion cuisine, then this restaurant is a must. Exceptional service by Zulema, Javier and Benito. Taste sensations by chef Diego. All dishes are a delight to all of your senses. Exceptional wine list with reasonable prices. My wife and I enjoyed every moment of our 12 course dining extravaganza, from the edible business card to the... More

Some fine dining places are only about the food--the atmosphere is bare (so you do not look anywhere else but at the food), the floors are concrete (your feet need to concentrate on the food), and there is no music (in case hearing something pleasant will cause some synesthesic reaction, where your taste buds dull and become stupid). But not... More

Excellent and I think we did not expect this level of creativity and playfulness. A surprise menu and delicious too. Not overdone and does not seem like it is just a copy of the usual practitioners of these tricks. There is some genuine brilliance in the marriage of the ingredients and thus the chef pulls it all off very well.

It was our first day in Madrid, even better to say first evening becase we drove from Barcelona this day. And it was a birthday of my wife. I booked the restaurant based on mixed feedbacks from viamichelin and tripadvisor. And it was a 100% right to do! This is not just a resturant this is a Thearter! Show started... More

We found this restaurant on Tripadvisor. We didn't have a reservation, just called in and were lucky. Mr Diego is a food genius! He comes to the table before the meal to discuss food preferences individually and at the end to insure his customers are happy. We chose classic menu (12 courses) and every dish was surprising, enjoyable and good... More

My girlfriend surprised me with this excellent restaurant choice. With al amuses 17 pieces of art with original and balanced taste sensations. The egg as desert tricked me ;-) Well done Diego and his team! The wine menu was interesting, not splendid, apart from the desert wine which was delicious! Staff was friendly and the host looks like Ricky Gervais!... More

My family and I came here to celebrate my mom's 65th birthday while we were traveling in Spain. I have to say being from San Francisco and having culinary geniuses around every corner I thought it would be a good meal but didn't have any crazy expectations. The staff here blew us away. They sat us in a semi private... More
