We have a holiday home in Chiclana so have tried a lot of the local restaurants.
Viavai is pretty local to us at the Tartessus Centre and its worth stopping there for the sole purpose of trying this place.

we ate here twice on a recent trip to chiclana and were impressed by the quality and originality of the food. Everything we tried was delicious, inventive and fun. Highly recommend the mini hamburger and the excellent duck breast dish

The emphasis is on the "gastro" part of the name. This is the only place in Novi Sancti Petri with modern stylish food, nicely served and in pleasant surroundings. (Elsewhere in this golfing resort town everything is either banal or pretentious or claustrophobic).
