Excellent food, lots of space, great service. Ideal romantic venue. You should book in advance as the restaurant only has a few tables (nicely spaced out) and seems very popular.

This is a small restaurant so you need to book. My wife and I visited a couple of weeks ago. Orders were taken and served by the proprietor who was welcoming and helpful and kept a close eye on all the tables. The food was superb and excellent value for money. I had a goat's cheese starter and then my...

I saw that this was the number 1 restaurant in Avignon and was eager to try it. You definitely need reservations, since it is quite small, finally after a few attempts I finally got in. I was not disappointed. It met all my expectations and then some. From the appetizer to the dessert, everything was delicious and a great presentation....

Been there based on a recommendation from the receptionist, said it's one of the top two restaurants in Avignon. Despite it was very busy we got a table after waiting 5 minutes. The menu is very small but I like it when it's kept simple. The food was very good cooked and portions were bigger than I thought. Wine was...

This was our best experience of many superb meals during a 14 day stay in Provence. It is my opinion that the real reason to travel in France is the food! Our dinner was prepared to perfection; the prices were fair; and the service was second to none -- excellent timing, helpful advice, a sense that absolutely everything was under...

I am "fussy" about duck (canard). Fou de FaFa cooked my duck breast perfectly and the strawberry sauce was excellent. Likely the best I have ever had anywhere. My wife had an excellent vegetarian dish. The service was attentive and efficient. They were recommended by our hotel in Avignon; they got it right.
I went there with my boyfriend in May 2013. The food was amazing. The duck with strawberry sauce especially. The hostess gave a great recommendation for a wine which went well with both our meals. Timing on courses was perfect. The tables are spread out, which was nice and made it seem a bit more private. You could get more...

The wine list is boring, with wines without any real personality.
Food is ok for the price, but not very interesting .
We travel a lot, and how this has been voted the best restaurant in town is...

We have just returned to our hotel after dining in Fou de Fafa and felt compelled to put pen to paper, so to speak.
Words alone cannot do justice to this restaurant and the wonderful food and service provided by Antonia and Russell. Without doubt, this is one of the best meals we have ever had in the most relaxed...
