The front desk staff at Le Mozart (where we stayed in Aix) recommended this place to us and also advised that we make reservations. The interior of this restaurant which was recommended by our hotel, looked like the Paris hotel in Las Vegas - painted scenes of Provence. Our initial uncertainty because of that was quelled by the good service and great food. We sat inside because of threatening rain, and found it a bit stuffy. Food was plentiful and well prepared. I would have had a second meal at this restaurant if I had spent more time in Aix. Good regional cooking with a twist. The dessert of fruit gazpacho was sublime! More
