“Great atmosphere, excellent pasta!”

We went to La Pizza late on a winter night, it was still crowded and the staff was very cheerful. The zucchini pasta in a curry sauce was to die for. Desserts were excellent as well. I will go back next time I visit Aix! More

“Bad, bad, bad service”

We were really disappointed with this restaurant. The service was a complete disaster, we had to wait for more than 1 hour, they served our orders to another table and didn't even realized that. Finally we had no dinner, and had to head to another restaurant. More

We'd arrived in Aix after a very long Eurostar/TGV journey and wanted an easy, yet tasty, dinner. La Pizza fit the bill exactly with its great ambience - small metal tables and chairs on a candlelit terrace, good wine, uncomplicated service, inexpensive food and good location. We went there for an early dinner. The terrace is set on both sides of a narrow street in the historic center of Aix. Chairs and tables are somewhat cheap but fit well with the atmosphere. We were looking for an easy and uncomplicated dinner and La Pizza fit the bill! Large portions of creative individual pizzas, with very drinkable house wine. A perfect way to enjoy a pleasant evening in Aix. More

We went to La Pizza having read other reviews on Tripadvisor. We were not disappointed. It was great. The two lovely waitresses ae still there performing miracles with great humour. The pizzas are simply the best I have ever had. The atmosphere is fun and evry diner was smiling. What more do you want. Great value for money. More

Ate here for lunch. The pasta was the best I had in Aix. It was very crowded on a Nov day when no tourists were around, so the locals also know that it is great. More

While walking through the little cobblestone streets of Aix in the evening we came across this pizzeria which looked very romantic, even though it was so crowded… So we were lucky to get a table and got served by two lovely French waitresses who run up and down trying to accommodate everyone… it was that busy!!
