Terrace on a nice location. Dishes are good but also good in price. Wide range of excellent wines too choose from.

We booked a table based on all these reviews. Food was mediocre at best. Cantine food (with foie gras) at 24 € per plate... Music was Nice, Staff friendly, but I still go to restaurant to eat, and this not the place if you want quality at fair value.
We had lunch at Le Cafe du Palais and thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience: we liked the cheerful art deco interior, availability of menu in English, good service from our waiter even though it was very busy at the time we went. Went here last night. I thought the food was excellent and the atmosphere good. Interesting quirky decor. The owner (I think) was particularly charming and we found the overall service good. The menu was very short with an unsurprising emphasis on Champagne bottles, which were reasonably priced.
A place with a history and interesting decor. We enjoyed our plats du jour (pork and chicken) and delicious puddings. Friendly service, nice atmosphere - recommended.

this was such a great restaurant, very french - excellent quality. Can recommend, the duck and the Veal special. The salad mains are huge and very tasty, especially the seafood and scallop salad - definitely worth a visit while in Reims.
Le Cafe du Palais is one of the place to pick if you want to sip a glass of Champagne in the heart of the city! Enjoy sitting outside in the summer and watch people passing by while you drink the bubbles!
A wonderful restaurant in the heart of Reims. Great service, great surroundings and excellent food. All washed down by a glass of champagne.
We were able to get a table for lunch but there were many reservations and we saw people being turned away. Very glad we did as our salad lunches were everything you expect from French cuisine.
