After a mediocre meal at one of the mass market restaurants in St. Malo, Gilles was a most welcome change! Everything was perfectly presented, and delicious, form the incredible cider-calvados blend served as an aperitif to the incredible St. Pierre with oysters. The Michelin validation was well-deserved. Off the beaten path but worth searching for!
