Not been to the Toby Inn for years despite living nearby. The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. I had the steak special which was well worth it. Hubby had the mixed grill which he thoroughly enjoyed. We'll be back to try the Italian food next time.

We had a very important family get together planned and we booked in at the Toby Inn. We had an amazing night. The food was out of this world and the service second to none. Thank you

We visited for a family meal not knowing the venue and couldn't have been more pleased. excellent range of meals to suit all tastes. Nicely cooked and presented with attentive staff. Thoroughly recommend for a family gathering suitable for all ages. Good value for many too.

Because it's a little off the beaten track, we haven't been to the Toby this year but it was well worth the wait!! Even though we hadn't booked, we were welcomed and found a lovely table in the conservatory. The food was delicious and the service excellent. We travelled 250 miles to get here for a family celebration meal (for 9 people including two toddlers) - we didn't know the Toby Inn when we booked it, so it was quite a risk. This is one of our favourite restaurants in he area. It has a good menu and they always have plenty of specials on the board. Drinks can be a bit pricey but you always get a warm welcome!

Had to book ahead to get a table as this place is very busy, The food was excellent and the staff very nice. Its a long drive for us to get there but we will make the journey again as we have plenty more items on the menu to try.
