I always go here when I'm in Castlebar. They have an extensive menu and also do a lunch special with a selection of dishes ranging from Korma to Moroccan meatballs . Also do great Baklava. The owner is very friendly and helpful. I have never been disappointed with anything I ordered.

A pleasant chap apologised and explained that it just wasn't worth his while staying open later than 7. Fair enough, i asked where else... More

Had lovely lunch here. We knew it was rated highly. It didn't disappoint. The mezzo plate is lovely and the desserts home made are really well judged. Worth the detour.

Superb dining experience. The food is superb and always to the highest quality, the service is always friendly and the little added extras such as shot glass tasters of a variety of desserts which are always provided free of charge just add to the ambience. The €10 dinner menu is a welcome change from the usual "rip-off Ireland". Sweet potato... More

I am a regular at the Olive Tree which is run by Mustaffa and his staff who really like to ensure that you are looked after and enjoy your meal. They serve lamb kebabs, chicken shishkebabs with rice and wonderful sweet potato chips (my favourite),beanstew with quinoa, fish dishes, pittas, salads and lots more. Lunch prices from €10 which includes... More

This place has it all, I've tried most selections on this menu and I can say they all tick the right boxes, flavour is what stands out for me, have never had a bad experience in this place. My son is a fussy eater but he loves the lamb kebabs (lamb that melts in your mouth), there is something for... More
