The food was wonderful but I felt it was over priced. Very upmarket and a lovely meal but I've had just as good elsewhere for less. Still though, if you want a very luxurious treat, go for it. More

I hadn't been here in over a year. I went with my sisters and their partners recently and won't leave it as long again before visiting. There is a 4 course menu available for €38.50. Stopped here at the weekend to dine in the cafe that adjoins the restaurant. Straight off I see "slice of tart... €4...." this type of over charging has to stop. Griffens were doing the same in city centre. A whole tart costs only €3. I reluctanly must vote with my feet. Too expensive and the cost spoiled my afternoon tea. More
